10 Maladies From Tight Hamstrings

So…….to continue on from the post a few days ago called 12 reasons your hamstrings are tight.  What’s the big deal if your hamstrings are crazy tight anyway? Should you even care all that much? I guess that’s up to you, but some of the problems are:

1. Low back pain.

2. Upper back/neck pain and fatigue.
