Biggest Loser Is Just That

I myself have only watched snatches of this show, and take my word for it. It is a SHOW! It has nothing to do with real life. Remember every day is Xmas on TV. Or as Monty Python so astutely put it in “The Meaning of Life”……..it’s Christmas in Heaven.

Yeah sure the people are real, and their problems are real, but the situations aren’t. The clever editing, sound design etc…….makes sure that there is a real meaty story to bite into, but the exercise, nutrition and questionable motivational techniques are very far out of the universe of what a real training session would be like for people as obese as these.
