Great article above from the New York Times. Not that it really should come as a big surprise or anything, but just imagine. Exercise can keep all systems younger? Muscles, tendons, brain, digestive, fuel consumption (yes that includes fat burning), cellular health, skin tone, joints…and yes (yell this one loud there) sex organs?
No surprise to me, and it really shouldn’t be to you either. If you have reached middle age and haven’t started……..What’s Stopping You!!!
Start today. Start small and keep working at it. YOU can have those benefits too, but you gotta help yourself crack open the vault …
