Nowadays, more than ever, thanks to cable and the web, politics is always in the news. Every statement dissected until the next one is issued and then the old one is forgotten. Kind of like disposable diapers. Today I did that very thing. I did a bodyweight “300″ session. No weights, machines, kettlebells, elastic bands, stability ball——-just a pull up bar, a jungle gym strap and focus.
