    Hey Vladimir!

Thanks for watching. Knowing you are learning from the show makes it all worthwhile. Yes, we were on a sort of “summer” schedule , but we have lots of episodes coming up. More Kettlebell stuff, another nutrition episode, and of course some Halloween themed episodes. Please don’t hesitate to leave any feedback or comments. Its what helps us know what you want to see.

    Best,
    Robert

Robert, I am glad to see you back with the video episodes. I hope to see more in the weeks/months to come. I am your loyal visitor and love your show. Great content and lovely exercises. It would be great to see one episode every week as it was before. I am learning a lot with your show. Thanks again! Cheers from Denmark. Vladimir

    Hi Elizabeth,
I agree, and more verbal demos are on the way. As well as info about Jason and Tillie’s coffee bar. Thanks for watching.

    Best,
    Robert

great segment on kettle bells as both a great way to train for physical fitness and to
help strengthen the body to improve sore and/or injured areas. in the future i’d love
to see a little more verbal explanation along with the demonstrations as well as plugging the instructor to who you mentioned was not only certified in kettle bell training, but also an acupuncturist. if possible please add both their contacts/credits in writing maybe at the bottom or a corner of the screen as i’d be
interested in patronizing both their businesses…thank you!
