Hi Karen,
True enough. You have got to honor the exercise and earn the way there. A beginner needs to strengthen up all the weak spots. Condition tendons and ligaments, build cardio fitness etc….to grind out a more advanced exercise like a full count burpee. keep up the good work!

Great detail visually and audio. I can learn from your site. First lesson: Full Burpees are not for beginners like me. I know why I have been having low back pain.

Thanks Greg,
I will be showing a bit of my stuff in the Burpee part 3 episode. Jen is doing such a good job though, I don’t know how much I willneed to do. We have more plans for Jen to finally get a few sentences in too! Thanks for the compliments by the way.
Best,
Robert

Great stuff, Robert!!!
You talk a great game… but it seems to me that your lovely co-host is the one doing all the work!
Why not get down and show some of your stuff…
I can’t imagine how hilarious your commentary would sound as you grunted and heaved through one of your kettle-bell routines!
In all seriousness though, a terrific little series that provides a straightforward and easy to follow regiment that anyone can do to get themselves into better shape.
Keep up the great work!!!
Oh… and let Jen get a word in edgewise, why don’tcha?
