    Great news that we could help you out! I am with you…..JUST DO IT, is not the best way to learn an exercise. Especially one that has many parts like a full burpee does. Hope your workouts are going well. Best of luck.

    Thank you so much for breaking down the Burpee! I recently took part in a 2-week boot camp and their way of explaining how to do a burpee was just “DO IT.” To put it politely it did nothing for me but make my back ache and feel poorly about my physical ability. By breaking it down I feel like I can actually accomplish doing the burpee exercise. I’ve already started incorporating the squat into my normal work out routine.

    Great burpee instructional video!

    It is definitely true that you can get a lot of exercise in a short period of time with burpees. I have a love/hate relationship with them–very efficient, but they sure kick my butt! And my abs, and arms etc…
