Yeah, hah. Is there ANY industry more full of bad/wrong information than the fitness and health industry? Sigh. It sometimes makes me want to throw my hands up in the air and give up. Many people believe what they believe for who knows why, but the truth is out there. It just takes a lot of work and study to learn it. Cut through all the hype, opinions etc and there lies medical texts that show it all. 
  Yes, I too eat a combination of both sources of protein AND exercise. Is that you playing guitar in the pic ?

Many people believe that substituting, perhaps a single glass of soy milk, for multiple servings of animal meat is ok. And as you said, if they are not exercising, the bio-availability of non-animal meat is greatly decreased!!

Personally, I keep my diet rich in both plant and animal sources of protein.</description>
