Weekend Results On An Actual Episode

Friday Exercise:

A little tired from Thursday’s session. I swung Indian clubs for about 6 minutes. Then jogged 25 minutes. Stretched before bed

Sunday : Shot episodes. FLASH! You get to see me do a 30/30 workout. This is part of a larger routine I sometimes do.  Its a great upper body routine. A pulling exercise and a pushing exercise. This workout consists of 30 chin ups alternating with 30 push ups.  How does that work you may asketh?

This is a timed workout, and I start with chinups. I do a set to how I feel then immediately do the same number of push ups. I go back and forth like this until I hit 3o reps for each. As I get tired I might have to do less and less each timethough! Watch the upcoming episode to see how I did. What was my time? Did I start petering out by the end? Watch and see!
