What to expect
What can you expect from Fusion Fitness TV? I can tell you what you probably shouldn’t expect. You can surf the web and find all kinds of bodybuilding style sites and shows. FFTV is not a bodybuilding site. It is not a sit and lay and run on a bunch of machines kind of place. It is not a place where one size fits all where you are never shown any modifications to design your own workout. It is not a place where the unhealthy “fat burning” benefits of powders and shakes are shoved down your throat. You won’t always see svelte bodies here either. Some of the people you will meet are struggling to get fit. Some have amazing stories to tell. Anyway, that’s enough of the negative stuff. Here is some of the cool stuff you will see.
Will Fusion Fitness TV show you how to get lean? Yes. Will you learn how to dump fat off? Yes. Will you find out about real nutrition? Yes. REAL food nutrition. Not powders, shakes, energy bars, potions, pills, steroids or some other soupy mess. Can you learn about getting stronger, and more flexible? Of course. Will you find out how and why eastern disciplines like Yoga work along with old time western style workouts like Kettlebell lifting or calisthenics or running ? Most definitely. How about the way breathing and digestion not only affects your weight but your health? I can answer that as a most definite yes. How about the mental blocks that stop you from getting the slimmer, healthier, energized, svelt body you want? Or how moving your hips saves your back. Or learning from great coaches, trainers, teachers and gyms? Thee are the people that you don’t see on TV. The ones that get the real results in the trenches working with people just like you. You will learn about cool products that we actually like and use. You will…. ah what’s the use.
The best way is to watch the episodes and find out for yourself. I can say one thing. This is the ONLY place on the net that I know of to learn about a workout where you warm up using healthy joint movements and breathing exercises. Then work and sweat and breathe hard with tough exercise. Then warm down with a martial art or yoga plus more breathing exercise. Its the Fusion of Fusion Fitness. Inside and outside. Body and mind. All muscles working together with whole body exercise. East and West. Paying attention to what you are doing. Eating and exercise. IT all goes together like a clock and when it ticks…look out. You are a force that is hard to stop.
PS – And please take your power. Forget about being a victim. I am not the world’s biggest fan of indoor gyms but here is a guy that teaches his clients what it takes.
